Standard Antenatal Course in Henley- C79 -suitable for late June to mid July due dates
A comprehensive evening course for expectant parents covering all aspects of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. This course, designed for women and their birth partners will run on Tuesday evenings 7.30 to 9.30pm from 21st April to 2nd June in Henley . The course includes a breastfeeding session and a postnatal reunion.
Standard Antental Course C36- Henley-suitable for May due dates
A comprehensive course aiming to cover all parts of your journey to parenthood, looking at Pregnancy, Labour, and Birth; and of course, the early days as a parent! The course will teach you how to enhance your chance of birthing naturally, but also looks at complications such as Caesarean Section, so that you are prepared for any outcome. Medical Pain Relief options are covered in depth, as are Relaxation, Breathing and Massage. The Birth Partner is valued throughout, and will finish the course feeling more prepared to offer support in the birth room. Both partners will be more confident in their practical skills with a newborn baby. This course will run on on 8 Thursday evenings 12th Feb to 2nd April with an additional evening on Monday 23rd March, 7.30 to 9.30pm . The course includes a breastfeeding session and a postnatal reunion.
Intensive Antental Course in Snitterfield-C80- suitable for late May to mid June due dates
A comprehensive course for expectant parents covering all aspects of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. This course, designed for women and their birth partners will run on Friday 24th April and Sunday 26th April 10am to 2pm in Snitterfield . The course includes a breastfeeding session to be confirmed

Each course is flexible and will be tailored to the class’s individual needs. Aiming to cover all parts of your journey to parenthood, looking at Pregnancy, Labour, and Birth; and of course, the early days as a parent! The course will teach you how to enhance your chance of birthing naturally, but also looks at complications of labour, such as Caesarean Section, so that you are prepared for any outcome. Pain Management is covered in depth, looking at pros and cons of all options including: Medical Pain relief, The use of water for birthing, Relaxation, Breathing and Massage. The Birth Partner is valued throughout, and will finish the course feeling more prepared to offer support in the birth room. Both partners will be more confident in their practical skills with a newborn baby. The course includes a breastfeeding session and a postnatal reunion. This course will run on 5 Saturday mornings 10 to 1 3rd to 31st January with an evening on Wednesday 21st Jan in Henley-in-Arden
