Get Involved

Volunteers, parents and expectant parents just like you, run our branch. You don’t need to take on huge tasks, just commit whatever time you can or your previous experience and skills. It is a great way to learn new skills, make new friends, and represent the NCT. Get in touch and get involved.

We are always keen to hear from people who may want to help out in any of the following ways:-

Writing an article or contributing to our local, quarterly newsletter
Helping out at Nearly New Sale and other fundraising events.
Offering support and a "friendly face" to new members by becoming area reps or "contact mums".
Helping out at Toddler Group or our monthly Bumps & Babes in Stratford.

No experience is necessary!  We welcome all help and our branch heartily appreciates any time or assistance you can offer.

We also have monthly Committee meetings, maybe you would like to come along and see what help you can offer?  The meetings are informal and held in a Committee member's home one evening a month somewhere in the District, and are an ideal way to catch up on what is happening at the branch!
