Find out more about our infant feeding support line and the help available if you have any questions or concerns about feeding.

Why call the support line?

We get lots of calls to our feeding line about breastfeeding and bottle feeding. Whether you need information or reassurance, give us a call on 0300 330 0700 (choose option 1). The line is open everyday from 8am to midnight, including bank holidays.

Who will you speak to?

By calling 0300 330 0700 (choose option 1), you'll speak to one of our friendly breastfeeding counsellors. They've had extensive training, will listen without judging or criticising and offer relevant information and suggestions - whether you're breastfeeding, formula feeding or a bit of both.

Watch our video to see one of our breastfeeding counsellors, Fran, answer the five most common questions we get about feeding babies including ‘Am I doing this right?’ and ‘How long should I feed for?’

What do parents say about our feeding line?
