This event is a walk and talk around Warwick Racecourse and
is a great opportunity to meet other new parents and get
support from each other.
The walk will take approximately 40 minutes and starts from
the access road to the golf centre (CV34 6HW) where we will
take a gentle stroll along the path that goes around the
racecourse before returning to the golf centre entrance. The
route is generally flat with a small hill near the start and the
pathways are surfaced so suitable for both prams and baby
carriers. The route is quite exposed to the elements and can
be very windy so please wrap up warm during the cold
weather.
If you would like to join us after the walk we will head up to the
Rose and Crown (a short walk away) for a well deserved drink
and a chance for the babies to see each other!
The closest and easiest car park to access is on Bread and
Meat Close (CV34 6HF). The parking is free for 2 hours but
requires you to get a ticket from the machine and display in
your vehicle. There are instructions on how to do this on the
ticket machines.
There is no charge for attending this volunteer run group but
please book a free ticket using the link so the volunteers are
aware of who will be joining each week.
