Starting at Connaught Water car park come and join us for a toddler pace walk around the lake.
Depending on how we go (and the weather), there is the option for a slight detour to the nearby Butler's cafe. This could be a short Tea break at the half way point or once we complete the lap of the lake and finish back in the car park.
The NCT walk & talk events are a great way to meet other parents in the local area. All are welcome, no need to be an NCT member.

The nearest train station is Chingford Overground Station, which is step free and full accessible.
