Babies and toddlers welcome.
We have a pram walk but you can also join a toddler group that will walk at little feet pace.
Meet outside Pavilion on the Park - look out for a member with a green Hi-Vis vest.
A gentle walk around the old golf course and then you can stay for a chat at the Blackbird Cafe.
