General Information about Perth Nearly New Sale

If you've never been along to one of the sales before, here is a quick overview of what happens:

• If you want to sell, you register as a seller which costs just £3 and then look out the items you want to sell.  We send you labels to attach to your items and you set the price.  On the morning of the sale, you bring along your things that you want to sell, we set them out in the sale hall in categories and sell them on your behalf, then at the end of the day you pick up what isn't sold. We calculate how much your items have raised and send you 70% the following week, with 30% commission going towards the NCT and supporting local families.  

• If you're a buyer, you'll hopefully find the experience quite easy. All of the items for sale are organised into areas - clothes and shoes by size, toys by age, books, large equipment by type. You then choose what you want and pay at the till (we accept cash or card), remembering to pick up your goody bag and maybe speak to a small selection of local business stallholders.  

We also want lots of people to come along and grab a bargain so even if you don't have anything to sell, please check for the next sale and put the date in your diary
