Volunteer with us!
We are a friendly bunch and have all sorts of volunteer roles you could help us with.
Let us know how much time you can give and what you like/want to do and we can find a role for you!
For example, if you want to meet people and are outgoing, perhaps you might like to help out / run a group meeting every week or every month. Or if you aren't comfortable hosting a regular group, consider helping us organise parents events like nights out or lunches.
If you prefer giving the odd hour in the evening when the children are asleep we need help updating the website or writing newsletter articles for example
There are many specific roles we have that look great on CVs and NCT provides training for volunteers. Training is not essential but is a great way to meet people.
We have about 2 branch meetings a year and these are mainly social events where we discuss anything going on - we love to have new faces at them (there's only usually 5 of us). We won't make you sign up for anything if you come along, it'd just be nice to meet you and hear your thoughts on things!
