Relax, Stretch and Breathe

Hedge End breastfeeding drop-in
Every Tuesday 9.15-11.15 at The Salvation Army Community Centre, Whites Way, Hedge End. Our NCT breastfeeding counsellor and peer supporters are there to support parents in all aspects of feeding. There is no need to book, nothing to pay, and both NCT members and non-members are welcome.

Refresher Courses

Early Days Post Natal Course
Postnatal course covering topics such as sleeping, feeding, relationships, and returning to work. Led by an NCT trained Postnatal Leader, these courses are designed to support you to become the parent you want to be. For more information visit Early Days Course or contact 0300 330 0700
First Aid Courses
At just £25 each or £35 for 2 people, these practical courses will give you the confidence and skills to deal with baby first aid. Run in conjunction with the British Red Cross. Contact firstaid.southampton@nct.org.uk to register your interest. As with all of our groups, you do not need to be an NCT member to attend these courses.
Introducing Solids Course
NCT Introducing Solids workshops help you to decide when to start introducing solid food to your baby, what approach you want to take and what to expect. The workshops are suitable for parents of breastfed and bottle fed babies between the ages of 4-6 months. These sessions are designed for a parent or carer to attend with their baby.
