In response to a new Danish study, published in BJOG on proactive labour induction practice, Elizabeth Duff, Senior Policy Adviser, NCT said:
“This research is welcome and suggests that induction can be a good option for some women. However, there’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach to childbirth. Women should be provided with information about induction and, if they choose not to have it, their decision should be respected.”
